For more than 45 years, Alzheimer's Family Center has been that place to turn.

As Orange County's only dementia-specific Adult Day Health Care Center and the only local center recognized as a Center of Excellence by the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, we provide specialized care that helps individuals living with dementia continue to experience joy, purpose, connection, and dignity while giving family caregivers the support they need to keep going. 

Just as importantly, we care for the caregiver.

When a loved one spends the day at Alzheimer's Family Center, caregivers gain something they often haven't had in months—or even years: time to work, rest, attend medical appointments, reconnect with family, or simply catch their breath. Through counseling, support groups, education, and personalized guidance, we remind caregivers that they are never alone.

It supports individualized programs, nursing care, therapeutic activities, caregiver counseling, and life-changing services that help families remain together longer and delay unnecessary institutional care.
